Market comment released by onthemarket today, for Yorkshire and The Humber is very positive and their findings certainly back up our experience.
Here in Wetherby and surrounding villages the demand for quality homes remains strong. The biggest issue is lack of supply as has been the case for a long time. Sellers just need to have the confidence to put their house on the market and get themsleves in that strong position ready for when the right next home for them comes onto the market.  
It's still early days and obviously the new year has only just begun, but all the signs are that it's not all doom and gloom out there.
